General Store Information

LinzeesList is an online consignment and resale shop established by Lindsay Luoma in 2010. This is a home-based shop with no physical storefront and is solely owned and operated.

We primarily sell pre-owned and used items that come from a wide variety of sources. Because of this, the full history or functionality of an item is not always known. Please expect to see some signs of wear/use with the item that you receive AND please view the listing information and photos carefully! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchase.

Note that item pricing may vary between marketplaces due to site fees and available shipping options. We recommend buying from us direct to get the best price available!

Due to lighting and monitor variances, item colors may vary from what you see in the pictures.

Items come from a smoke-free home unless stated otherwise. 

Items are currently housed in a location that has pets on the premises. Items are kept in a separate location and cleaned as much as possible before shipping. 

When clothing measurements are provided, the items are measured when laid flat. All measurements are considered approximate.

Additional details regarding an item can always be provided upon request. Please don’t hesitate to contact us!

Unfortunately, mistakes do happen from time to time! If you have any issues with your transaction, PLEASE contact us directly.We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do the best we can to resolve any issues that may arise!

Shipping Information

Shipping is typically initiated within 24 hours of payment on weekdays, except for holidays, unless you are contacted to specify otherwise. Weekend shipping is sometime offered, but not guaranteed.

Please refer to individual listings for shipping cost information. Most of our items offer flat rate shipping options. When "free shipping" is offered, please consider that prices are factored in to the listing price. 

When a buyer purchases multiple items, it will be assumed that combined shipping is requested unless you contact us with alternate plans. As a buyer, you have three options to proceed with combined shipping:

  • Contact us prior to bidding/purchasing for a shipping quote.
  • Request an invoice with corrected shipping cost on the purchased items prior to payment.
  • Pay the full shipping cost at the time of purchase and you will be refunded for any shipping cost overages once items have been combined.

Shipping outside of the U.S. is available on most items at an extra charge. Please contact us if you have questions about international shipping options.

Local pickup can be arranged at a buyer’s request. LinzeesList does not have a physical storefront for item pick-up.

To minimize costs and waste, I almost always recycle packaging. Due to this, you may receive a package that appears worn or damaged. If there are concerns about the packaging of your item, please contact us.

Payment Information

Generally, all payments must be made within 4 days of the sale to avoid order cancelation.

Please refer to the individual site policies to determine which methods of payment will be accepted. We will not honor requests to mail checks or cash, though cash may be accepted in the case of a local pickup.

If you have problems with payment, or other outstanding circumstances that prevent you from completing your purchase, please contact us promptly to see if we can assist with alternative options.

Returns & Refunds

In most cases, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the sale if there is a miscommunication or error in the listing, damage during shipping, or other unknown flaws with the item. Returns may not be accepted in some our our marketplace stores due to individual site policies. Please review to the listing details for more information.

Return shipping costs are typically at the expense of the buyer, unless the item is received not as described.

Refunds will be issued promptly once the item is received and it has been verified that it is in its original condition.

Privacy Policies

LinzeesList respects the privacy of our customers and will do within our best means to safeguard any personal and financial information that is shared with us via the web store from which you purchased your item. Information collected and viewed by LinzeesList is for order fulfillment purposes only and will not be shared with third parties, unless otherwise stated by the site from which you purchased your item.
